Common questions
How do I book a consultation?+
Call 01274–224023 to ask for your doctor’s consultation hours, fees and available appointment arrangements. This website does not confirm online bookings.
What should I bring?+
Bring relevant previous reports, prescriptions, a list of current medicines and any documents requested by the hospital. Keep your main questions ready.
What are the OPD and visiting hours?+
Current consultation and visiting hours must be confirmed directly with the hospital. Call before travelling, especially for a particular doctor.
What should I ask before admission?+
Ask about room availability, estimated charges, required documents, attendant rules, insurance authorisation and discharge arrangements.
Can I use my health insurance?+
Check your insurer’s current network directory and confirm with the hospital. Cashless treatment requires eligibility and authorisation; a directory listing alone is not an approval.
Can I use this form for urgent help?+
No. The appointment planner does not send a request or monitor emergencies. Seek immediate local emergency assistance when needed. Hospital emergency service hours have not been independently confirmed.
Using health insurance
Published insurer network lists have included Shree Jeevaram Memorial Hospital. Current cashless eligibility depends on your policy, the hospital’s active network status and insurer authorisation.
